I'm very much looking forward working with the Unladylike Big Band for a performance at the Brisbane International Jazz Festival.
They will premiere my new extended work The Dying Art of Discourse commissioned through the Australian Art Music Fund. This version will have a specific Queensland connection and will draw on creative development with the band and soloists. It's a pleasure to be able to get deeper into projects like this- they don't happen very often. Please check out the Brisbane show if you can.
